BULD LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 22, 2026. These terms are a working draft for the BULD soft launch. They are not a substitute for outside counsel.
1. Who we are
BULD LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We operate the marketplace at bu-ld.com for 3D-printed everyday goods and design files. Public / registered agent mail: 7901 4th St N #35374, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Phone: 650-855-2853. Email: go@bu-ld.com.
2. Marketplace role
Until Stripe Connect is fully live for third-party printers and designers, BULD LLC is the seller of record for paid network prints. When Connect is enabled, printers and designers are independent sellers; the platform facilitates the transaction; platform fees will be disclosed at checkout. Soft-launch economics are flexible while we grow. Designers and printers earn when a network print sells.
3. Accounts
Soft launch is invite / operator gated. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.
4. Print files
Customers receive the printed part, not the source file. BULD slices. A sliced file is delivered only to the accepted printer for that job. No resale of files. No scraping or bulk harvesting of the catalog. Customers order a local network print — they do not receive the source file.
5. Network prints
Network prints are custom / made-to-order. Production starts after payment. Lead times vary by local printer capacity. Handmade 3D-printed parts may differ from mass-produced goods and may not last as long. They are not for safety-critical, medical, food-contact (unless explicitly labeled), or wet continuous-use without guidance. Default launch material is black utilitarian PLA chosen by the platform for the design.
6. Prohibited content
No weapons, illegal items, adult sexual content involving minors, IP-infringing knockoffs, or uploads that violate law. We may remove content and suspend accounts. Catalog is curated everyday utility — not a junk STL dump.
7. IP / DMCA
Designers warrant they have the rights to submit a design. BULD respects intellectual property. To send a DMCA takedown notice, email go@bu-ld.com with: your contact details, the work claimed, the URL of the listing, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent, and your physical or electronic signature. We will summarize a counter-notice process in our reply (identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, consent to Florida court jurisdiction, and signature). Repeat infringers may be terminated.
8. Payments
Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds: limited window after delivery for network prints if the part is substantially not as described or is a failed print. Sliced files go only to the accepted printer for that job and are not sold to customers. Until Stripe Connect is live for printers and designers, BULD LLC is the seller of record for paid network prints.
9. Printers & designers
Printers and designers are independent contractors, not employees. Paid catalog jobs must be accepted only through the platform. Quality photos and honest capacity are required. Side-selling paid catalog work off-platform is not allowed.
10. Limitation of liability
The marketplace and files are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, BULD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for permitted claims is in courts located in Florida.
